Welcome to Ridge Harbor, the premier non-golfing subdivision on the shores of Lake Travis in Spicewood, Texas. This site is to keep you informed about the opportunities and facilities that exist and also to provide a resource for Ridge Harbor property owners.
Ridge Harbor is managed by the Ridge Harbor Property Owners’ Association which has a board of directors elected annually although each board member serves a two year term. The Board of Directors appoints property managers who manage the subdivision on behalf of the board.
Other property owners work with the board and property manager to assist in maintaining not only the various facilities available to property owners, but also the quality of life for those living in the subdivision. The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is an example of this.

I recently completed a thirty plus year career in banking, serving in executive level roles in Texas and Oklahoma.
Secretary & Communications
We moved to Ridge Harbor in 2008 looking for a country lifestyle along with the conveniences of access to past friends and acquaintances.
After working at Wells Fargo Home Office’s IT Department for 33 years, I retired in 2009. My husband and I are originally from Central Texas.
My husband, Rochelle (Ro), is a native Texan and couldn’t wait to get back home. I’m happy to say our entire family loves it here!
